LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American basketball player who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. He is known by the name of King James and is considered as one of the best basketball players ever. James has won four NBA Championships as well as Four NBA MVP Awards, four NBA Finals MVP Awards and three All-Star MVP Awards. He is also the proud owner of the distinction of having two Olympic Gold Medals. James has the highest points in the playoffs and has the second highest number of career points and is seventh in assists in his career. He has been selected to be an NBA All-Star 18 times to the All-NBA Team a record 18 times. He was also selected to the NBA All-Defensive First Team five times. James was the third player to compete in NBA Finals. Eight of these were consecutive between 2011 to 2018. In 2021, James was selected to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, and in 2022, he became the very first player of NBA history to score 10,000 or more career points in rebounds and assists. James played basketball with St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron Ohio. The national press praised him as an NBA star. In 2003, his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers took him first during the NBA draft as a prep-topro. He was voted one of the NBA player of the year for 2004. Soon he became one of the top players of the NBA, winning the NBA MVP Award twice in the years 2009 and 2010. James, who did not be crowned the champion in Cleveland in 2010, left as a free agent and signed with the Miami Heat. This was disclosed as part of The Decision. It is one of the most controversial decisions taken by a sports free-agent in history.
